After messing with levels, went for 75% opacity on ghoul diffuse, 60% on normals, and 50% on specs.
They are just blends, so feel free to do with them what you want. I use a custom race when I use these textures, highly recommend you do the same. Also included some ghoul glow maps I made for anyone who wants to put them to better use. Includes base faces, and extra faces I used for my ghouls, as well as body, hands, specs and norms.
